 MONSOON SPECIAL PYAAZ(ONIONS) KE PAKODE

 INGREDIENTS:

  • ONIONS
  • GREEN CHILLI
  • CORRIANDER LEAVES
  • SALT
  • RED CHILLI POWDER
  • TUMERIC POWDER
  • GARAM MASALA
  • OIL
  • BESAN(GRAM FLOUR)

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. TAKE AN EMPTY BOWL
  2. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS IN IT
  3. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES IN IT
  4. ADD CHOPPED DHANIYA(CORRIANDER LEAVES) IN IT
  5. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
  6. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER
  7. HALF SPOON TUMERIC(HALDI) POWDER
  8. ADD TEA SPOON OF GARAM MASALA
  9. NOW ADD 4 BIG SPOONS OF BESAN(GRAM FLOUR) IN IT
  10. MIX IT WELL
  11. ADD SOME WATER IN IT
  12. MIX IT WELL
  13. ADD 1 TEA SPOON OF BAKING SODA
  14. KEEP IT ON REST FOR 10 MINUTES
  15. TAKE KADAI(DEEP VESSEL FOR FRYING)
  16. POUR OIL IN IT AND KEEP IT ON BOILING
  17. POUR 2 SPOONS OF HOT OIL IN ONION BATTER
  18. MIX THE BATTER VERY WELL
  19. NOW POUR THE SMALL PORTIONS OFF BATTER IN HOT OIL
  20. DEEP FRY IT
  21. FRY IT UNTIL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN
  22. TAKE IT OUT FROM KADAI AND REMOVE THE EXCESS OIL
