- NOW TAKE A BIG FLASK OF MIXER GRINDER
- POUR BOILED CHANNA IN IT
- NOW ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
- ADD SOME GREEN CHILLIES IN IT
- NOW ADD SOME GARLIC IN IT
- ADD SOME LEMON JUICE IN IT
- NOW ADD TAHANA(OUR SLURY PASTE) IN IT
- NOW ADD SOME OLIVE OIL IN IT
- GRIND ALL THE INGREDIENTS
- ADD SOME OLIVE OIL WHILE GRINDING
- TAKE IT OUT IN BOWL
- YOUR HUMMUS IS READY TO SERVE
- GARNISH IT WITH SOME CUCUMBER AND OLIVE OIL.
