INGREDIENTS:
- BOIL POTATOES
- WHEAT FLOUR
- SALT
- GREEN CHILLIES
- GRAM FLOUR
STEPS TO PREPARE:
- GRATE THE BOILED POTAOES
- ADD WHEAT FLOUR IN IT
- MIX IT WELL
- NOW ADD GREEN CHILLIES IN IT
- ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
- ADD RED CHIILY POWDER IN IT
- ADD ONE BOWL OF BESAN(GRAM FLOUR) IN IT
- MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WELL
- MAKE A DOUGH
- ADD LITTLE WATER TO MAKE A DOUGH
- ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL IN IT
- MAKE A SMALL LUMPS OF DOUGH JUST LIKE WE DO WHILE MAKING ROTI
- MAKE A ROUND CHAPATIS
- NOW TAKE FRY PAN(TAWA)
- ROAST THE CHAPPATI FROM BOTH SIDE
- NOW POUR OIL/GHEE/BUTTER ON IT TO MAKE IT CRISPY
- YOUR INSTANT ALOO PARTHA IS READY
