STEPS TO PREPARE:

  1. TAKE A DEEP VESSEL(TAPELI)
  2. FILL WATER IN IT
  3. NOW POUR WHEAT IN IT & SOAK IT FOR 6 HOURS
  4. AFTER SOAKING IT FOR 6 HOURS COOK THE WHEAT IN MILK.
  5. TAKE ONE TAPELI
  6. ADD GHEE IN IT
  7. ADD JAGGERY(GOL) IN IT
  8. MIX IT WELL
  9. NOW ADD COOKED WHEAT & MILK IN IT
  10. MIX IT WELL
  11. NOW TAKE ANOTHER TAPELI
  12. POUR 100 GHEE IN IT & BOIL IT
  13. NOW ADD SUJJI IN IT
  14. MIX IIT WELL
  15. COOK TILL SUJJI BECOME GOLDEN BROWN
  16. NOW ADD SUJJI IN WHEAT MIXTURE
  17. MIX IT
  18. NOW ADD MILK POWDER IN IT
  19. MIX IT WELL
  20. NOW ADD ELAICHI POWDER IN IT
  21. ADD DRY FRUITS
  22. MIX IT WELL
