HOW TO MAKE:
- TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER
- TAKE MUTTON 750GMS AND POUR IT IN PRESSURE COOKER
- ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE IN IT
- ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND MIX IT WELL
- COOK IT ON HIGH FLAMES
- ADD WATER IN IT
- LET IT BOIL FOR SOMETIME.
- CLOSE THE LID AND WHISTLE IT FOR 30 MINS
- TAKE A DEEP VESSEL AND POUR OIL IN IT
- ADD ONION IN IT AND COOK IT
- ADD SPECIES IN IT AND MIX IT WELL
- ADD KAJU BADAM POWDER IN IT
- ADD COOKED MEAT IN IT AND MIX IT WELL
- ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
- ADD CORNFLOWER WATER MIX IN IT AND STIR IT WELL SO THAT LUMPS DON'T HAPPEN.
- COOK IT FOR 5 MINUTES ON LOW FLAMES
- COVER IT WITH PLATE
- SERVE IT IN BOWL OR PLATE
- GARNISH IT WITH BOIL EGGS
- GARNISH SOME GREEN GARLIC TO AND SPRINKLE SOME BLACK PEPPER ON IT
- SPREAD RAW EGG ON IT
- NOW POUR HOT GHEE ON IT
- SERVE IT HOT
