HOW TO MAKE:

  1. TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER
  2. TAKE MUTTON 750GMS AND POUR IT IN PRESSURE COOKER
  3. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE IN IT
  4. ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND MIX IT WELL
  5. COOK IT ON HIGH FLAMES
  6. ADD WATER IN IT
  7. LET IT BOIL FOR SOMETIME.
  8. CLOSE THE LID AND WHISTLE IT FOR 30 MINS
  9. TAKE A DEEP VESSEL AND POUR OIL IN IT
  10.  ADD ONION IN IT AND COOK IT
  11. ADD SPECIES IN IT AND MIX IT WELL
  12. ADD KAJU BADAM POWDER IN IT
  13. ADD COOKED MEAT IN IT AND MIX IT WELL
  14. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
  15. ADD CORNFLOWER WATER MIX IN IT AND STIR IT WELL SO THAT LUMPS DON'T HAPPEN.
  16. COOK IT FOR 5 MINUTES ON LOW FLAMES
  17. COVER IT WITH PLATE
  18. SERVE IT IN BOWL OR PLATE
  19. GARNISH IT WITH BOIL EGGS
  20. GARNISH SOME GREEN GARLIC TO AND SPRINKLE SOME BLACK PEPPER ON IT
  21. SPREAD RAW EGG ON IT
  22. NOW POUR HOT GHEE ON IT
  23. SERVE IT HOT
