     MASALA  ALOO PURI

 INGREDIENTS: 

1) ALOO(BOIL  POTATOES)-150GMS

2) WHEAT FLOUR-200GMS

3) BESAN-50GMS

4) SALT AS PER TASTE

5) RED CHILIY POWDER

6) TUMERIC(HALDI) POWDER SMALL TEA SPOON

7) GARAM MASALA 

8) KASTURI METHI

9) OIL 

10) WATER

11) JEERU

HOW TO PREPARE:

1) TAKE A WHEAT FLOUR IN VESSEL.

2) TAKE BOIL POTATOES AND SMASH IT.

3) ADD SMASH POTATOES IN WHEAT FLOUR

4) ADD GRAM FLOUR(BESAN) & ADD IT IN THE MIXTURE

5) ADD SALT AS PER TASTE

6) ADD RED CHILLI POWDER IN IT (YOU CAN ADD GREEN CHILLIES TOO)

7) ADD HALDI POWDER IN IT

8) ADD GARAM MASALA AND JEERU POWDER IN IT.

9) ADD KASTURI METHI AND MIX IT WELL

10) ADD OIL

11) ADD WATER TO MAKE A DOUGH

12) MAKE IT AS A NORMAL ROTI DOUGH

13) MAKE ROUND PIECES

14) NOW ROLL IT ON VELAN AND MAKE A ROUND ROTI

15) TAKE SOME COOKING OIL IN A DEEP VESSEL HEAT IT UP

16) PUT THE FLAME ON MEDIUM

17) NOW DROP PURI INTO HOT OIL

18) KEEP IT FOR ATLEAST 2-3 MINUTES

19) FRY IT UNTIL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN

20) DRAIN THE EXCESS OIL

YOUR DELICIOUS ALOO PURI IS READY.
