- BOIL THE MILK
- KEEP THE FLAMES HIGH
- NOW ADD SUJJI TO BOILING HOT MILK
- STIR IT CONTINOUSLY
- LET THE SUJJI BE COOK
- COOK IT TILL IT BECOME THICK
- ADD SUGAR IN IT
- MIX IT WELL
- COOK IT FOR FEW MINUTES
- STIR IT CONTINOUSLY
- NOW ADD DRY FRUITS IN IT
- ADD CRUSHED ELAICHI IN IT
- MIX IT WELL
- TAKE THE SERVING BOWL
- EMPTY DELICIOUS KHEER IN IT
- REFRIGERATE IT
- GARNISH IT WITH CHOPPED ALMONDS
- SERVE IT COLD
