MEAT: 750 GRAMS
POTATOES: 250 GRAMS
FRIED ONIONS
CURD: 200 GRAMS
RAW ONION: 200 GRAMS
TOMATOES: 150 GRAMS
GINGER: 1 PIECE
CHOP GARLIC
OIL: 50 ML
BIRYANI MASALA

🔸HOW TO PREPARE:
1) TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER & ADD MEAT IN IT.
2) NOW ADD GINGER AND MASALAS LIKE TEJPANA, CLOVES AND JEERU
3) ADD  BIRYANI MASALA, TUMERIC POWDER AND RED CHILLI POWDER IN IT.
4) ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
5) ADD RAW ONIONS AND TOMATOES IN IT
6) ADD OIL IN IT AND MIX IT WELL
7) COOK IT FOR FEW MINUTES
8) THEN ADD SOME WATER IN IT AND MIX IT
9) CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IT FOR 15 MINUTES
10) EMPTY THE COOKED MEAT TEXTURE IN BOWL
11) NOW ADD BIRASTA(FRIED ONIONS), FRIED POTATOES IN IT
12) ADD CORIANDER AND PUDINA LEAVES IN IT
13) MIX IT WELL
14) NOW ADD CURD IN IT AND MIX IT WELL
15) LEAVE THE TEXTURE FOR FEW MINUTES
16) TAKE A COOKED RICE IN SEPARATE VESSEL AND ADD FOOD COLOUR IN IT
17) TAKE A DEEP VESSEL(TAPELI) AND EMPTY THE RICE IN IT AND MAKE A LAYER OF IT
18) NOW POUR THE MUTTON TEXTURE ON IT AND MAKE A LAYER
19) HEAT THE OIL AND ADD CHOPPED GARLIC IN IT
20) POUR THE OIL AND GARLIC TADKA ON THE MASALA
21) NOW ADD THE REMAINING RICE ON IT AND MAKE THE LAYER
22) GARNISH IT WITH BIRASTA
23) COVER THE VESSEL WITH PLATE OR FOIL PAPER
24) COOK IT FOR 10 MINUTES ON LOW FLAMES
