🔸HOW TO MAKE:
1) TAKE A BOWL AND PUT 500GMS KHEEMA IN IT
2) ADD GINGER AND GREEN CHILI PASTE 2 SPOONS AND MIX IT WELL
3) ADD ONE EGG TO THE MIXTURE AND MIX IT WELL
4) ADD CORIANDER LEAVES IN IT
5) ADD BOILED SMASH POTATOES IN IT ( YOU CAN ADD WHITE BREAD INSTEAD OF BOILED POTATOES)
6) ADD FRY ONION (BERISTA IN IT) AND MIX THEM WELL
7) ADD GARAM MASALA 2 SMALL SPOONS
8) ADD RED CHILI POWDER AS PER YOUR TASTE
9) ADD 1 SPOON DHANIYA JEERA POWDER
10) ADD ONE SPOON HALDI POWDER
11) ADD SALT AS PER TASTE AND MIX THE MIXTURE WELL
12) ADD COOKING OIL TO MIXTURE AND MIX IT WELL 
13) LEAVE THE MIXTURE FOR ONE HOUR
14) TAKE A DIP VESSEL WITH THICK BOTTOM
15) GREASE IT WELL WITH COOKING OIL
16) PLACE RAW POTATOES,ONIONS AND TOMATOES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE VESSEL
17) POUR THE MIXTURE OF KHEEMA AND MAKE A LAYER OF IT
18) AGAIN PUT THE LAYER OF POTATOES, TOMATOES AND ONIONS ON IT
19) COVER IT WITH THE LAYER OF  KHEEMA MIXTURE
20) AGAIN PLACE THE LAYER OF TOMATOES,ONION AND POTATOES
21) NOW POUR THE MIXTURE OF 2 EGGS MIXTURE (ADD SALT AND CHILLI POWDER IN EGGS AND MIX IT WELL)
22) COVER THE VESSEL WITH FOIL PAPER
23) COVER IT WITH PLATE
24) NOW COOK IT ON A MEDIUM FLAME FOR ONE AND HALF HOURS
25) YOUR LAGAN SEEKH IS READY SERVE IT HOT WITH BREAD OR CHAPPATIS
YOUR LAGAAN SEEKH IS READY IN JUST 25 STEPS.
