INGREDIENTS:

1) KHIMO(MINCE): 250GMS

2) ONIONS: 4 PIECES

3) TOMATO: 2 PIECES

4) GARAM MASALA

5) LAL MIRCH POWDER,HALDI(TUMERIC) POWDER, DHANIYA-JEERU POWDER

6) SALT

7) SPECIES (ELACHI,LAVANG,JEERA,MARI)


HOW TO MAKE:

1) TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER AND POUR OIL IN IT.  PUT THE PRESSURE COOKER ON HIGH FLAMES

2) ADD ALL SPECIES ON IT

3) STIR IT WELL

4) ADD CHOP ONIONS IN IT

5) SAUTE IT

6) ADD GINGER & GARLIC PASTE

7) MIX IT WELL

8) NOW ADD KHIMO(MINCE) IN IT

9) SAUTE IT

10) ADD GARAM MASALA

11) ADD RED CHILLI POWDER

12) ADD DHANIYA JEERU POWDER

13) ADD HALDI POWDER

14) ADD SALT AS PER TASTE 

15) MIX IT WELL

16) SAUTE IT NICE

17) ADD CHOP TOMATOES IN IT

18) ADD WATER AS PER REQUIRE TO COOK

19) CLOSE THE LID AND BLOW THE WHISTLE FOR ATLEAST 15 MINUTES

20) GARNISH IT WITH KHOTMIR
