  • INGREDIENTS
  1. SOAKED MUNG DAL 200 GMS
  2. SALT
  3. GREEN CHILLIES 10 PIECES
  4. GARLIC
  5. CORRIANDER
  6. OIL
  • HOW TO MAKE:
  1. TAKE A BIG FLASK OF GRINDER MACHINE
  2. POUR SOAKED MUNG DAL IN IT
  3. ADD GREEN CHILLIES IN IT
  4. ADD SOME GARLIC IN IT
  5. ADD CORRIANDER LEAVES IN IT
  6. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
  7. NOW GRIND ALL THE INGRIDENTS WELL
  8. MAKE A THICK PASTE
  9. POUR IT IN BOWL
  10. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF IT
  11. NOW TAKE A DEEP KADHAI AND POUR COOKING OIL IN IT
  12. HEAT THE OIL FOR FEW MINUTES
  13. NOW DEEP FRY THE BALLS IN OIL
  14. FRY IT TILL LITTLE BROWN COLOUR
YOUR FALAFEL IS READY TO SERVE. HAVE IT WITH SOME BREAD OR ROTI. HAVE IT WITH HUMMUS IT'S THE DEADLIEST COMBO OF TASTE.
